The rooms of the Bed and Breakfast are full of light, exquisitely appointed, spacious and comfortable, and they all dispose of a matrimonial bed, colour TV, heating and air conditioning, as well as free wi-fi connection.

The B&B has two bedrooms with private in-room bathroom and a maximum capacity of 6 persons. The two rooms can also be rented together as an apartment with independent bathroom and kitchen.

Access to the rooms, with exit to the garden and the magnificent terrace, is independent.

UPON REQUEST (AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE) AND WITH AN EXTRA CHARGE, WE CAN ARRANGE DINNER FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE.

Upon request, tennis lessons or matches (at the moment of booking) are available for 10.00 Euro; entire cost of the field is not included.

REDUCTIONS:

• Children up to 4 years of age: free;
• Children from 4 to 12 years of age: 50%;
• For stays longer than 7 days: please contact us for particular reductions;

CHECK-IN: Rooms are available from 2.00 p.m to midnight. Any delay must be notified.

CHECK-OUT: Rooms must be vacated within and no later than 11.30 a.m.
